All VW car show and swap meet, held at LaGrange mall in LaGrange, GA on August 6. Top 25 judged plus 2 best of awards. Door prizes, dash plaques, 50/50 pot, oldies music, goody bags, raffle, and more. $20 registration for swap meet, $25 for cars.

Not that far! Its one hour (66 miles) south of Atlanta on I-85. So three hours (180 miles) south of Chattanooga (according to Mapquest).
Has anyone been to this before? I'd sure like to know something about the size of the show and swap meet!

We lived just west of Atlanta when I was a kid. It took us a couple of hours to get to Lagrange back then . . . That was before the days of the interstate. I keep forgetting that things have a way of changing over 40 - 50 years.
