* All camp and cooking fires must be off the ground.
* No generators after 11 PM.
* All dogs must be on a leash and owners must clean up after them.

Ok I need some help for the upcoming show.   One motel is cheap but reviews talk about roaches and the other one is expensive so my question is if there are any other motels around there

You are welcome to search some of the available surrounding hotels if you'd like. There are some that are considered more like residences, so keep doing what you are doing and read the reviews. As for the host hotels, the Best Western Plus has was remodeled just before last year's show, so it is probably the one you considered expensive. The other option is available because people asked about rock bottom hotel rates. There are other hotels/motels in East Ridge,  but these are the ones that we have entered into an agreement with and therefore, we have these available show rates.

If you can't find something you like, there are a ton of motels in the area of Hamilton Place Mall. It's about a 10 minute ride from Camp Jordan on I-75 North.

Yes. You can put a tent up but while rain can be unpredictable, wind is always an issue. We are requiring a minimum of 40lbs per leg of every tent that is set up at the show. Last year there was damage and our insurance requires tent weights.

As for setting up on friday and leaving it out- please don't leave a tent unattended. You are liable for your vehicle and tent. Also, there is not designated security on site, so leaving a vehicle in a public park is at your own risk.
