Give it 24 more and hope it pushes that rain chance to monday. Either way it's looking much better.

Its going to be BIG! We have sold out of vendor spaces!  70 total.  Plus we are expecting to see 300 show cars not including those who just come to camp.  Since we have had such a large interest we have had to restructure the show grounds to accomodate it all.  Please work with us when you arrive so that we can ensure a successful and relaxed show.  See you next weekend!

Brian, i missed the online registration deadline and plan to register at the gate.  With the increased participation this year how early should I get there to register my car?

There are alot of out of town and even some local groups that plan on showing up as early as thursday. Is that going to be a problem? Just thought I'd give yall a heads up. I considered doing the same, I'm not above helping with setup if that helps. Looks like yall are going to have your hands full.

Camping will be available for setup on Thursday afternoon.  But before people storm the field, workers will need to block off for the porta potties, shower bus, and stage seating for the band.  We will also need to setup the Camping Registration tent as well.

The show grounds will not be available for setup till Friday afternoon.

Due to the increased rain we have had this past month.  Camp Jordan is asking that no large trailers or heavy equipment be driven into the Amphitheater field.

I went out there yesterday to measure and the ground is soft so lets not try to incorporate a mud bog into the show again. :D

I talked to Jerry and Kelli (with the black 1970 camper bus from CYW) and they will probably come Thursday afternoon to set up camp.
