Alabama Getaway, March 19-22 - Campout South of Montgomery, AL

Someone asked about this campout in Alabama on March 19-22, 2004.  It is called the Alabama Getaway and it would sound like a lot of fun if it weren't so far away!

The camping will be primitive, with some porto-potties nearby.  Click on the above link for more details.

I agree on both points!  Something to think about, though, depending on how bad the camping jonze gets between now and then.  It's still a long time until Bug-a-paluza and Sevierville!

There has been talk about camping at Camp Jordan, though, soon to try out our sound system.....

And that's 5 minutes from home!

That really would be a good idea. Camping AND testing our equipment. Let's see what we can put together (before April 17th)
