There is a cruise in/swap meet/car corral on Saturday, August 23 at the Chattanooga river park brought to you buy the Chickamauga Region AACA. Many local car clubs including ourselves have been invited to attend, along with the BMW club, Corvette club, Corvair club, and more. They will have a German car section set up and will be awarding $250.00 for best club participation.

Registration starts at 8:00 AM. Best club award presentation at 4:00 PM, door prizes every 30 minutes for over 4 hours, 50/50 cash drawing, dash plaques, goody bags, t-shirts to the first 200 registered cars and vendors. All vehicles/vendors - $20

Directions to the Riverpark from I-75: Take exit 4 (Hwy 153 North). Proceed North on Hwy 153 to Exit 6 (Amnicola Highway). Turn left at the traffic signal and continue on Amnicola Highway 2-1/2 miles to the Tennessee Riverpark sign on the right. Turn right and continue to the show field on the right.

Hey guys, if we just show-up for this event, we can win the $200 for the club and pay for our casting material. Sounds like a no brainer to me.

We were the third biggest club at the show with 9 VW's.  The BMW club won the prize with 19 cars.  We still had a great showing and enjoyed hanging out with everyone for the day!
