VW Welcome to Chatt

« on: February 03, 2011, 07:53:35 AM »
So I dropped my bus off for paint and body work this weekend... normally when I drive the bus I get all sorts of honks, waives, and stares. I don't know what was wrong with people on Sunday, but the only horn I heard in this 6 hour drive was from someone in Chattanooga just after the 75/24 split. Made me smile and think of you guys.

I don't know if my bus will be done before bugapaluza, if it is done it won't have an interior... I am thinking of coming up anyway... no idea what I would drive up though... is there an "undecided on what I am bringing" class?  ;D

Between me and one other guy in town there are 30 vw's... there are at least halof a dozen more that I know of... and the town population is only 800! I love Micanopy, and really miss it :(
