My daughter and one of her friends showed up at the house this evening in her friend's 95 Isuzu Rodeo. When they turned in the driveway the clutch pedal went to the floor and stayed and the clutch didn't disengage. I took a look at it and hydraulic fluid was pouring out from the between the engine and transmission . . . it has to be a blown slave cylinder. Her friend had just spent over $800 on the clutch and has already had to take it back twice. They wanted to get it to the shop that did the work toninght so they be first in line in the morning. The shop was already closed and doesn't have an after hours number. They didn't want to pay a tow bill for someone else to tow it in, but if they had to wait till the shop could get to it tow it, there's no telling how long they would take. Well, the shop is only about a mile from the house and the Rodeo has a tow bar attached . . . so I told 'em I'd tow it over there with Homer. They were a little scheptical, but they didn't have a better option so we hooked it up an took off. It's nothing you want to do on a regular basis, and you don't want to go too far with that kink of weight, but if you ever get in a tight spot never underestimate what a bus can do. Homer pulled the Rodeo to the shop without any problems what so ever!
