Talk about something as Tough as nickle steak. I think it comes with a Perkins or Nissan engine.  I wonder how this cab got into the U.S. ?  I looked into trying to buy one but was told you could not import one into the U.S. do to safety and crash test. VW should be half as good as this "Rock".

There is also a black one in Chattanooga. I've seen it several times on Hixson Pike.

I've seen a black one down near Mount View Nissan, but it looks like an older one.

This a newer cab very possibly built in China and maybe will sold in the U.S. later. Its made by the ZHEJIANG GEELY Co. If I read this right this company was bought from the  Brits along with the Volvo owned by Ford. These new London Cabs are powered buy a 16 valve 4 cly  Turbo diesel engine built in Italy not the tried and true tough as hell Nissan diesel.

I sure hope they do abetter job with cars then they did when Geely (same company) flodded the US with the absolute worst POS scooters ever built with no spare part support and no DOT or EPA approval. After several years of this crap coming in, customs finally seized several boatloads and made the US distributor either destroy or the scooters or return them to country of origin - China. After that, they quit exporting them to the US and they are pretty much gone today.
