It has blinky code wire you plug in to see blinks,  I think it only shows anything after  the CEL goes on in the dashlight .  If I pull plug off MAF.  sooner or later the CEL will light. I'll check it for just for giggles today and report back

The IAC did not make the CEL go on.   I read a little and maybe the AIC being un plugged  will make my morning cold start up more sketchy,

I have 18 to 21 PSI vacuum pressure at the intake manifold and the throbby idle does not always occur all the time.  So if it is a vac leak, its not a big one.   An example of it is going red light to red light.  It will rev at one and not the next red light.

I'm wondering about fuel pressure some.,  maybe the pump is irratic...

I have a blinky code,  it says fault signal from AMM.  it also says that the CEL will light up for this particular fault.  Except I get not CEl light. car starts every time,  runs ok. it will bog up hills sometimes and if I release gas pedal and slowly press it .  the engine will get in its groove and feel like its supposed to feel
