Rattle in Oil filter

I just changed the oil in a toyota Camry.  When i pulled the oil filter off.   It rattled..  Never had that happened before.  My brain  said that most probaly the filter by pass broke and I've been driving with un filtered oil.  Does that sound correct?  Sc

I'm thinking of writing the company

It's o.k., Nick. 

S.C. hasn't been using real quarters... He has been using the little electrical wiring punch-outs from some old appliances instead.   ;)

Well, at least he changed the oil.... lets hope he didn't just change it, but actually replaced it with new oil. No Red/Green show oil changes...

Red Green is great.
My fav is the airstream trailer he built out of 2 boats...
LOL.

I really do believe that he and SC are related.
