ok kid got + wrong

So i'm having  battery problems with my 21 year old.  I say take out this one and put the beetle one in.   I did no realize the poles were diff,  so it just stuck it in and revesrse the +/-  so the camry 100 amp fuse blows. sjhdfgajhfgaufgaujfgaweuyvgb^&%$%$$^$%*   I'm ok

Today the car runs. radio no work. abs light is on and brake light is on.  is there a master reset or somthing   sc

Anything thats got a transistor in will not work with the polarity reversed.  Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Nearly all radios have their own fuse in the back. I would pull the head unit and check back there. Either that or inline. I don't know about the ABS stuff but it might be the same deal.
