The last time I was at Pull-A-Part they were paying $6.95 per 100 pounds. Your car probably weighs around 3500 pounds which comes out to around $243.25. Of course, you got to get to Atlanta, Knoxville, Nashville or Birmingham.
If you want the most money out of it, part it out yourself . . . it'll take a lot longer and be a lot more work, but the parts are worth more than the complete car. That's how junk yard make their living. You could easily get twice the money for the engine sitting on a pallet than you could for the whole car. Search for Subara parts on eBay and see what they are bringing there. Make a video of it starting, running and driving, then pull the engine, transmission, clean 'em up a little and strap 'em to a pallet and run 'em on eBay and include a video clip of the engine starting, reving and pushing the car around. Pull all the small parts you can and put them on eBay. Sell the remaining shell for scrap. There's no telling how much you might end up getting for it that way.
