Upcoming Car Show - Shriners "Clown Unit" Show

The ladies of the Helping Hand mentioned our car show in this months article in the Shriners Magazine.  I also noticed that they have scheduled their 3rd annual car show to be held at the Shrine Temple on Sunday, June 23.  Pre-registration before June 17 is $12.00 and after that registration is $15.00.  Maybe we can get a group together to be a part of their show.   :cool:

Is that the one we attended last year?

Seems like VWs had a pretty good showing at it last year.  Didn't most of the VWs entered take home a trophy?  And it seems like the Volks Folks took home a lot door prizes too!  And it's worth going just for the barbque!

Yup, I believe that's the one we attended last year. I wound up with both a trophy and a door prize!

How do you do that Jami?  You always end up with a trophy!  Do you think it would help if washed my car and cleaned the trash out of it before the show?   :lookaround:

Yea zen i believe if you wash , wax & clean out the trash & vacum up the dirt YOU TOO might be able to win something .  :thumbs-up:

:D   Obviously Tod, you've never seen what I drive!  :D

It'll take more than washing, waxing, and vacuuming!  Although cleaning the mold off the headliner did do wonders for it . . .                :coolgleam:

It was a good show last year but bring some chairs and umbrellas along. It got pretty hot on that hill.
