If you look at the side of the tire it'll say that it isn't for passenger car use.
There is a reason for that.
I believe it has to do with quality control and the cords. Not as stringent as Passenger cars, also I believe that they are not designed for the torsion loads on the belts for a front mounted tire (i.e. latteral forces (sideways load) when you turn the steering wheel at speed.
I have looked at this in the past for a '47 chevy truck (16" Verry narrow wheel) and decided against it.
