I don't know for sure, but I'll check with Reece's in Summerville, GA and see if they can get a 165R15.  If they can get it, you won't find a lower price anywhere around.  The last time I was there getting tires, there were folks there from as far away as Chattanooga, TN and Rome, GA.

Pep Boys used to sell a 165R15 that was pretty good quality and pretty cheap (as tires go) . . . but I've heard that they might not be carrying it anymore.

Coker tire might be able to do it for around that price.I've had pretty good luck ordering tires online and having them mounted by local shops as long as your car is a 68 or up you should be fine.
