Okay, but the first time I get rammed in the bumper by somebody trying to type e-mail while talking on their cell phone, adjusting their cupholder for their Big Gulp, eating a doughnut, downloading map data for the GPS, changing a CD, flipping off another driver, and steering with, I guess, their knees, I'm gonna be a little peeved. :cussing:

Sorry 'fox, nothing personal, just a pet peeve. It would be real cool for a camper, or to keep the kids out of your hair on long trips, it's just that, for many, it will be another distraction to an already poorly-trained populace.

I think you should only be able to put that in the back seat to keep the temptation down. People will try to type and drive. Besides that its cool to have a computer in the car. :cool:

:O I don't know about that . . . I've got this Buick Reatta that every time something goes the least bit wrong a yellow light comes on the dash saying "See Diagnostic Center." When you look over at the touch screen computer in the center of the dash, it's telling what's wrong with the car.

If I'm in my bug and start hearing a strange noise, I can turn up the radio and pretend nothing is wrong (well, for a while anyway) :
