yea i know what your talking about... i think i've seen it a bunch of times... maybe it comes on The discovery channel alot since thats where i spend most o my tv time... that or comedy central.

They have to do a voice over 'cause a puppy couldn't of had enough time to learn to talk yet - it has to be older.  :lol:
