saw a cool green syncro bus at r and m and then checked some out on you tube, they are pretty amazing what they can climb and where they can go

They never sold a syncro bus. Is this some kind of home version?

No, they never sold such a thing. There were some prototypes made and tested, but they didn't sell syncros until Vanagons.
