Sorry I keep making threads about random things..... But it looks like I won't have my car in Chattanooga until next year(January or so), and I would like to go to events even without my car. I have a friend that that likes cars, but does not have a VW, who could give me a ride if I asked him who could tag along with me when I come, if that's ok with you guys. Thanks for being so helpful and kind. P.S I can't wait to see some retro cars when I come.

Even though I've got several, I haven't driven a VW to any of our get togethers in over a year . . . and they still let me hang out with 'em.  We (Volks Folks) are more about the people that love VWs than we are about the VWs, if that make any sense.  After all, "Volks Folks" literally means "people people."

 

I'm ahead of you Zen.  At least Volvo starts with a " V".   We are still looking for   something with a top.

Awesome. I still would like to have my car though. But I would like to come to this Friday to the drive-in with a friend. I'll see if I can make it!
