Realized that Scott already posted on another topic here about his accident.  I was just on another forum, and found out.  My prayers are going out to him now.

Pain meds just wore off, thanks all for your prayers. I really belive someone was watching over me on this one. Wow I hadn't really seen the pics yet. I'll go get the car next weekend not sure how bad it is but the pedals pinned my feet in so I'm guessing that car is done for.
Again thanks ,I'll be ok in a few days as soon as the swelling goes down.

  Someone was definitly watching over you!  That could have turned out a WHOLE LOT worse for sure!  Hopefully you can salvage a good bit of the car, but the main thing is you lived through it.  The car can be replaced.

I've been obssessed with automobiles since the day I was born. I worked on a '72 Monte Carlo for three years and just about the time I finished it a guy checking it out, instead of watching traffic, smashed right into the rear of it and pushed me under the rear of the car in front of me. It folded like an accordian around me. I was heart-broken about my car until I went to the junkyard and saw it. Stuff can usually be replaced (his insurance gave me every penny I had in the car and I kept the car for parts). It's okay to thank God and know that He's the "Someone" that was watching over you. I don't know you but I'm glad He protected you. I'm praying for you. It's all I got!

Looks like the passenger side got most of the hit, good thing nobody was riding with you.

Best of luck for a speedy recovery.

Feelin pretty rough this moning but it will pass. The Honda pilot wasn't hurt he had airbags and was pretty lucky himself. Insurance is going to give me 6k and I can have the car for $500. I'll probably get my motor out of it and all the parts I can and scrap it depending on how bad the pans were damaged.
I may rebuild it but who knows.

Even while the emt was working on me the only thing I ws concerned about was if the other guy was ok or if there were more people in his car. Turns out he was fine and no one else was riding with him. I was really thankfull that I got out of it and nobody was seriously mamed in the wreck.
Thanks Volks Folks for your prayers I'm healing up and getting ready to put another one together.

I think about that every time I take Albert de Allison out for a spin.  Things sure have  changed since my wild days zooming around in my Manx. No Fear then.
