sad story from a fellow Vdubber

« on: May 17, 2009, 10:27:49 AM »
For those of you that went to Bug Jam in FL this year you may remember Jerad with the blue 66 beetle and the matching camper trailer... Jerad camped next to me at Kip's party and turns out lived just a few miles down the street from me when I lived in FL.

I ran in to him again a few months ago on another website and he was excited to tell me that he was expecting his first child in April...

The rest of the details I will let you read as it is well written on the Samba... but I warn you to have your tissues ready before you proceed...

Read about this elsewhere.  As a dad to two girls, i find it to be terribly upsetting. :(

My heart  goes out to them.

Their life is changed forever. When you start feeling sorry for yourself just look around someone always has it harder than you  . We should do something for this family.

Truly a sad story.  This stuff makes me feel very sad for the little one and the family and much more appreciative of my life as I am a survivor of a similar condition.
