This is today's political cartoon by Tony Auth. Has several cars lined up, two of which are VWs. Says "What would Jesus drive?"

I see Jesus in a bus. I think the hair and "birk" sandals bring me to that opinion.

I have always said that WWJD means "What Would Jesus Drive"...so I have to go for the VW Bus also. Just think about it...easy to work on when it breaks down, often times without the need of a "miracle"...non-aggressive...no-frills...do-it-yourself maintenance...almost like you're walking everywhere...

I also see it as being the red/white colors...red for His blood and white for purity...

I don't think he would "drive" anything . . . but I couldn't see too many buses passing him walking down the road without one of them stopping and giving him a ride.

If He did drive, I too think it would be a bus, a Volkswagen bus, and to carry that one step further,,,,,,,,, a split window bus.

I figured he'd drive an F150 with a toolbox and a camper shell on the back. That's what most carpenters drive, anyways.
