Sure is quite on here .   Anybody want to start something ?   Even our adopted Yankee Boy "Big Joe" is silent which is hard to fathom

Its gotten so quite that Matt and Kim got hitched and Dr. Fieldingood and Ms Tammy are going to follow suite just to stir up things.
If anybody wants to come by and watch me work on the Allison Buggy feel free to do so. I promise you will learn a whole new vocabulary and learn to speak in unknown tonques

Since me and Anthony finished the beetle project and sent it on its way.  Crystal and I had a 540sq/ft hardwood floor job that we did in trade for a boat.  Other than my regular job, we have been getting the bus ready hopefully for the Huntsville show.  I have a question in the tech area regarding an issue.  We've been so busy we haven't even taken out the boat yet. :(

My lord, man.  I haven't seen myself in a while.
I've been averaging every 2- 3 weeks in Atlanta for training, trying to get the new place in order, working all the time, blah blah blah.
Missed both the cruise in as well as the last meeting. Hopefully things will settle dow a bit so I can catch my breath.
Don't know if that'll happen or not, though.  I'll Be in Atlatnta again next month for a week for Automatic Trans. class (VW) and in Ft Lauderdale for R8 training for another week.  Yee-haw, can we slow the ride down just a little bit, Please.

Man !!   I don't know how in the world you are keeping your sanity going through all that.In the '60s  VW sent me through all of the schools when they came up but it was nothing like what you are putting up with. I just had to deal with Type-1-2s and later Type-3.   I maybe went to school 2-3 times a year.  Even with the "Gung-Ho" attitude that I had back then, I don't belive I could handle what you are going through now.
At least you got a good taste of VW of the past before you moved on, so you have the right to be called a MECHANIC and just not a TECHNICIAN.  There is a big difference between the two as far as Im concerned.  We just had to remember  1-4-3-2 ,  .004, .008, .012, .006

Jason, Albert is moving right along.   The pan is done as of yesterday. All controls, cables, brakes, wheels are all done. Need to figure out what kind of seats Im going to use .
The body/hood is in prime and looks good so far and is next in line as soon as all my cuts, slashes, burns from dealing with the pan ordeal heal up
Belive it or not Im going to run a good old blue printed 1600 Single port engine with a few "goodies" to wake it up a bit and still have a engine I don't have to worry about when we drive it to events a ways off or go trail riding. This ain't going to be a "Trailer Queen".
It will even have heat !!
Hope you are doing OK. Come around sometime.
