Nothing To With VWs, BUT . . .

I got an email today and though it was kind'a intersting. You know, in England they say "Long Live The Queen!"  Look at these pictures . . . apparently, that take that saying pretty seriously.

You many notice that Johnson's picture is missing - He was the only President since Truman that didn't meet with her.

Maybe Johnson was to busy learning his famous lines " My Fellow 'mericans"and saying" Veet Nom" to go gab with the number "1 Limy Chick."  ;D

I was reading about her on wikipedia last week. She apparently came into power in '52 or '53 and has reigned ever since. She is making plans for a 60th anniversary as queen. Its pretty amazing. I was always curious about her husband (who I thought would be/was a king) who is apparently still alive. That job would be almost as good as being married to Oprah!

NOT a king, (prince though), He is a Consort...
I learned that the other day.
Blood #1 Princess marries a man, man = Consort.
Blood #1 Prince marries a woman, Woman = Queen.
Just doesn't sound right, but it was designed so another country couldn't "marry" the throne.  I.E. I force your daughter to marry my son so I get your country...
