so i bought a 69 bug from a guy in atlanta.  everything i had read online said it's not a big deal with no title b/c when they're older cars it's ok.  i got a bill of sale from him but the dmv people wouldn't let me register it with that alone.  does anyone know the specifics of what i need to do to get it registered in my name.  i have since had the seller fax him his registration of the car, which of course isn't very legible!
