I need 2 nice looking air cooled VW's for a Christmas party here at my work (Honest Charley/Coker Tire) for Volkswagen employees on Thursday December 3rd.  I would prefer stock or very close to stock looking vehicles.  If someone is interested in loaning us their vehicle, it would need to be here no later than Wednesday (December 2nd) and could be picked up as early as Friday morning (December 4th).  Any vehicles loaned will be kept indoors overnight in our secured museum.  Please be aware that families and their children will be able to walk up to and inspect the vehicles.  So, if you have a phobia of anyone touching your vehicle, you need not call.  If you are interested in doing this, please contact me, J.R., at 779-7927.  Mike and Brian have both volunteered their vehicles for the party.  Thanks in advance!

If you think that you could figure out how to get the ASBug in gear, you can use it.

It is almost completely stock and has the OEM floor pans and engine.
Has some Hella foglights / Empi 8's / and an OEM VW roof rack (period correct) / and cat's eyes (mounted the way I like them.)

Yours would be a good example.  If you want to bring it before 5 on Wednesday or early Thursday morning that would be fine.  Just let me know if this works for you.

If you want to wash /wax / vaccume the beast, I'll bring it by today. Otherwise it'll be Tuesday or wednesday late.
