lol, when I first saw the picture I thought it was a bell. I just figured they modified one of those old "woman driver" laws to apply to SC and he now has to have someone running in front of the car ringing the bell and yelling "Caution, Triangle Driver!!".
"Bring out your dead.... Cars..."
