Metal Working Course By Ron Corvell

« on: October 29, 2014, 12:00:26 PM »
I got a call from the head guy down at Honest Charley Garage just now and he informed me that there would be a workshop/demonstration at their shop the last weekend in May 2015 where Ron Corvell will demonstrate how to do metal fabrication. The Saturday course is a beginner course and the Sunday course is more of an advanced demonstration.

He asked me if I thought anyone in our club would be interested and I said I thought so. He is going to pass my info along to Ron and eventually get me some brochures on the courses. I inquired about cost and he said it would be $190 for each course.

Is anyone interested? Maybe someone who will be rebuilding a 67 Westy on their side of th hill?!?!

Yell louder, he is over the hill.
I might be interested in the course, but I feel more advanced than basic, but not advanced enough for the Sunday class....

Rick, come on!!! I've read the double cab thread... but I google imaged Ron Corvell!!!! I think anyone could stand to learn a bit from this guy!!! It was unbelievable. I'm sure you can find some money between now and then. Just save a little bit from your AARP savings or your social security benefits between now and then and you'll have enough to get signed up!!!
