:O Well, it's Christmas eve . . . about 10:30 a.m. . . . I guess I should go out and start doing some Christmas shopping. I find that it's much easier to do after everyone else has about picked the shelves clean.

Joy and I went out to the local Chinese Buffet for supper last night. My fortune cookie was very appropriate for this time of year . . . and any other time of year for that matter:

"If you continually give, you will continually have."

That's probably the truest statement I've ever seen in a fortune cookie.

Just to throw in my 2 cents worth and wish all of the members of the Scenic City Volks Folks and those of you who just pass thru from time to time on our message board, a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!!!!!

The club has done really well this past year and I want to thank all of you who have helped make this club a great one. Maybe the coming year will allow those of you who have not been able to participate like you want too, the opportunity to do more. For your sake I hope so cause you are missing out on a lot of fun and good times.
