Damn that was sorry of them.Probably around Christmas too.Thay have done that to me before.Right at thanksgiving so I didn't really feel in the spirit.Usually when you find somewhere else to work and you tell then you are quiting and give them a notice they usually let you go in a couple of day's.You alway's hear that it is good to turn in a notice but that is bs.Has nothing to do with what they might say on a referrel.

T-Mobile has a call center on Lee Highway and they're hiring in droves. It's call center work, but all I know of at the moment.

yeah they were supposed to hire me in as a manager  i went through the whole process in october... then they said "we really like you and want to hire you, but we've had a hiring freeze for management".... "try again in may"...

i dont think i would have a problem getting a job as a rep there since i have been a manager at a cingular call center for the past two years... but i think if i go back to being a rep that cigna is a better choice since tmo is open nearly 24 hours, 7 days a week... there is something to be said about 9-5 m-f

Well alot of people have to.They want to see what you have experience wise then they want to make a deal. But you may have to work somewhere then be looking for something else because once they have you at a reduced price they don't want to give out anymore. You know how to see hoe serious someone is. Make them sign a contract.Even if it's just for a year.lol

No VW Girl. I meant get the one job and then be looking for another if you don't like it.Someone told me something that is really true in life.Find something you enjoy doing, then find a way to make money at it. Don't take a job because of what it pays or you will be unhappy trying to hold on to something you don't like doing. It actually goes the other way. I thought all my life that I had to go out and find something that paid excellent.Over the years I found out I was wrong.Dead wrong. It doesn't work that way unless you just luck up on something. But most times it doesn't.If you like vw's find something vw that could make you some money. And get good doing it.I was a Dental Technician for 28 years.I got on the job training.Well as soon as the country(the people) to the left of usa on the map came here they were able to train them or let me train them to do my job and as soon as they were trained they could pay them 1/3rd the money and get three people. No the quality went down the hill but it wasn't the quality they were looking for in the first place. So goes to show it was the quantity.Well I wouldn't have put any of that in my mouth. But the labs got to where they didn't care.It was all about the money. No pride here. Still no pride.
