Capital one rejected the charge multiple times and I couldn't get the payment to go through until the fraud alert people called me and ok'd the transaction.

I let Visa know that one charge would be coming through from Germany. You should always let your card company know anytine you will have charges from out of the country. They are looking out for your money :inlove:
