How long did it take to get yours?  I ordered one for the '59 two weeks ago.  I can't wait to finally find out what color it was originally.

I don't believe they are free any longer... when I ordered mine 10 years ago it was free... it also took a whole year to get it! I only have one for my first VW ever... they should do death certificates too... for those poor beetles that have passed on :(

No No not free $48.35 and it took about a month. See VWGirl how technology has changed in 10 years   I have decided to have a Birthday Party for FeeBee in May since she was birthed on the 6th. Any excuse for a keg party :D Any suggestions for decorations? Ladybugs maybe. Everyone is invited. Stupie can bring a date

I'd prefer to wait a year if I could still get it for free. You used to be able to submit the info on a website... I believe now you have to mail it? is that correct?

Could you imagine my trying to get a birth certificate for the 21 cars that I don't have them for? that would be $1000!!!!!
