A vin # would be nice, but you are close. Could be '64 - 67 .I'm not really sure. Does the front bumper have the rubber strips ? Looks like it.
You need to look at the floors and the frame rails front to rear very closely. The frame rails could either make it or break it as they can rust through and be a blg problem and expence to repair. Whats with window frame on the pass. door ? Looks totaly rusted away in the pics. You can find the vin # in 2 places. One is in the engine comp. on the right side flat part, at the split where the back pan connects to the body (next to the battery) . The other is on a data plate behind the front pass. seat on the vertical panel . This plate will also tell you the model . Example 221,223
