OK, I just did something I promised myself I would not do again.

I found another 600cc honda car for sale and the price is definately right.. it is an AN600... well, I don't want to cheat on my VW's you see, but albert has no heat and the Ghia is WAY off from being a driver sooo...
Any way I haven't bought it, but it is like dangling a crack pipe in front of an addict or a singer treadle machine in front of Zen....
Tempting.
Any way I was driving home and I called another guy and he has a 1978 Civic. It is a body style that only a mother could love, but it is the same car I had as a 16 year old (my 1st car...).  This one has Gold wing pistons, 1200 rods and a 1500 crank totaling up to a 1300 ish cc engine making 110hp at the wheels....
Man that one is tempting as well, it is way more money, but well it is 0 work.
Just thought I would throw that out there as a call for help...
The Ghia needs to be my daily, but the call of ~50 mpg out of the AN600 is hard to beat...

Getting it for about 2/3 of worth.
Just a trip down memory lane, not really "steppin" out on the VW's.
Needed to use my even numbered metric wrenches, they are shiny and new looking...
Car weighs about 1400 lbs and is making 110 hp at wheels....

Figure I am going to ditch the Ghia and just keep albert and a spare engine for now and drive the Honda to work and back...

I had a crx SI 85 that we scca solo raced,  it took a lot of abuse for many years,  handled so well with tocico shocks. I put several cars in the ditch trying to hang with me on big ridge,  it was a daily driver,   Used it to deliver pizzas,  wrecked it and kept driving it.  Great car

Looked at the Ghia parked in the driveway and called the guy and told him that I would not be buying it... Now back to your regularly scheduled programming...
