Hot Pursuit

A film made in the wonderful 80's with John Cusak as a guy who just can't catch up with his girlfriend and her family on a Carribbean vacation.  Also stars Robert Logia as a sea captain who helps him along the way.

On one island, he hooks up with some natives who take him on a long shortcut in a Thing.  Several days later, he arrives at the resort where his girlfriend and her family just left...in a Single Cab made into a tourist vehicle.  It had seats in the bed and a canopy on poles over the bed.  :thumbs-up: Great movie, if you like 80's John Cusak movies,and I do.  (Better Off Dead, One Crazy Summer, Say Anything, etc.) :thumbs-up:
