Scott, Doesn't this just warm the cockles of your heart and make you feel proud to live in East Ridge ?

Hey Joe, The E.R High school class of 2000 IS graduating this year due to all of them being under house arrest for packing to many assault weapons.
As far as bleaching the teeth, Its hard to do when you chew  Beechnut to often.
Just kidding. You guys are safe. Looking forward to meeting all of you. :thumbs-up:

Its pretty sad ,I remember when East Ridge High school was considered a nice school.Of course I went to Soddy-Daisy the redneck capital of Chattanooga.
I wasn't here when the merging of schools took place.I'm not sure how they pitched that but what were they thinking.Seems they dumped the cities financial problems on the county. Good thing they saved all that money so they could renivate Downtown for their friends. I'm not gonna miss this place as much as I used to. :(
Really depressing how much the area has went downhill.

Long story short, cities are not required by law to have school systems, and counties are. Therefore, the orphan schools of Chattanooga were adopted into the county.

What a great song,   We need a theme song for  the triangle.

Triangle Song by Smelly Cat 3/21/2007
Sung to the  tune of the east ridge song

The engines all run back wards
the cars can coast uphill
and If you don't like Kmarts
we closed ours back a spell
We have some burnt our houses
for you to live for free
If that is not enough for you
then you go climb up a tree

Lafayettte  lafayette
it  sounds like you slur your words, everytime you say it

Well there you have it.   Put a 'vair in your bug and you will have 1 forward gear and 4 reverse gears. Only in the "Triangle"

Or you can have a rear steer Dub and drive it backwards. HHmmm would'nt that be cool. Turn the front seats backwards and rig the steering wheel up so its in the back seat. Use the rear window for your windshield. That would freak a lot of people out. It would be hard to do that with an Oval (small windshield)
