Do old people sleep?

Just wondering as you get older do you just keep staying up later and later? David any thoughs on this?

I go to bed, it seems like, earlier and earlier and get up early. I really like to watch the sun come up. Crazy, ain't it, when you don't HAVE to get up. :?

What is your definition of OLD?? :lol: :lol: I remember thinking everyone over 40 was old at one time. Now I wish I remember 40!!!!!!!!!

I go to sleep but don't ever reach that delta sleep.Try having sleep apnea.For those who don't know what this is go look it up.Like getting 2 hours of sleep every night.And the bad thing is there is no cure.Yes prescription sleeping pills put you to sleep but no rest.What a bummer.

Could be. It depends on how the marriage goes and staying up late until you figure out where to put all the VW toys when the garage and the yard gets full. 2:00am 4:00am is a great time to sneak in all the little toys that you had on lay-away at "Walley-World". If your wife helps, you both are in need of some very serious counseling :lol:

i wish i could sleep NOW... i am starting to sleep more finally... was getting 4 hours a night but am up now to 6 or so... sometimes more... i sleep pretty good in the bus
