diy advice

Suppose, hypothetically, a 24 year old gets 1st diy in Hamilton county.   Do you get a lawyer or plead guilty say your sorry and hope you don't get rail roaded in court?.  sC

I think there is no option other than to lawyer up. It will cost, I've heard up to $10-12k, but there are consequences further down the road that might make fighting it worth it. That could be the difference between getting a job or a promotion 10-15 years from now. I hate to say it, but you need to find the right lawyer and fight it.

Thanks Everyone.   I got a appoint with a lawyer on Monday.   He was .084%

That is barely above the legal limit. If it's his first and he presents himself well in front of the judge, he can probably get it thrown out if he agrees to community service and DIY school. He definitely doesn't want a second or third one.
