Did I miss something?

There were about six or seven cars/vans in the Ringgold parade representing Scenic City Volks Folks.  I was under the impression that we were not participating in the parade this year.  I would liked to know this was an option.  I am confused.

We did the Red Bank one.  We had 9 cars at this one.  We didn't hear anything about a group going to the Ringgold one. :)

I know Fielding was planning on taking Herbie to the Ringgold Parade (he lives there and his daughter had to be in the parade for school).  I talked to Kyle yesterday afternoon . . . he was rushing to get back to town but he said there was no way he would have to time to get to Red Bank so he was going to try to meet up with Fielding and do the Ringgold parade again.  I don't know if he made it there or not.  I don't know of anyone else who was planning to go to Ringgold.

It stinks being sick during parade season!  The LaFayette parade went right by my front door . . . I just laid on the couch and listened to the band when they marched by.  Homer hasn't had any lights draped on him since last December . . . Hopefully me and Homer will be back in the swing of things in time for the food drive next Wednesday!
