The labor rate doubles if you watch and triples if you want to help.

And the rate quadruples if you laugh!

Just think what the rate could be if you start whining and molesting the mech !

The rate keeps going up up up anyway. What am I doing wrong here?
I went in for a oil change 30 days ago and I've not seen my bug since. Is Alfred kin to Stupie? You think he's beating up my bug?

You better hope Alfred isn't kin to Stupie or he would be sitting out in the rain and kept away from Albert deAllison.
I have managed to scrape up most of the proper sheet metal and various other " stuff" to make Alfred look decent when he's out in public.
I think Randy will be wiring up the new garage in a day or so I can stay a little cooler than 102 Degrees ,even with a fan.

There was 3 15mm nuts that looked like they came off a Peterbuilt and one very long 17mm bolt installed with a 1" air wrench@ 200 lbs.
With that many odd ball nuts she must be a "Tranny" .  Speaking of "Trannys" , He, She,It has two busted Tranny mounts that can make her,he,it shiftless in time.

Please tell me David that this is an early model bug.....
I'd hate to think that we're gonna have to progress into the topic of loose ball joints.....

Just for the record, there are a LOT of "mechanics" who will work a lot cheaper and faster than David . . . so why has David usually got a backlog of stuff to do YEARS after he retired from the business?  Think about it.     If I could afford him, I'd tow my Dasher up there and get him to put a head gasket on it . . .

(In case you were wondering, that's an inside joke.  I wouldn't EVER take a Dasher to David for work.  Not because he's not capable, but I'm not really sure what kind of firearms he owns.   )

he started it    .
Now I had never met David before I left FeeBee with him but I could tell he was straight up, no nonsense and knew A LOT more than I ever would.
if he tells me the Feeb' needs a new engine then that's what she gets. Now that being said......All I wanted was a oil change
P.S. It's not the firearms I'm afraid of
