Cruise-In? - Anything going on this weekend?

« on: August 01, 2002, 02:20:15 PM »
Just wondered if anything is going on this weekend or if anyone is interested in getting together Saturday night for a cruise-in.  Open for suggestions... :D

Joy still has us on a diet, so I don't guess I'll be getting any Cheesebugers  :(  . . . but a cruise-in still sounds good!

I vote CheeBurger, CheeBurger. I like having the big parking lot to stand around and socialize in after we have eaten. How about a late supper say around 7 o'clock? It may not be quite as busy and maybe be a little cooler in the parking lot.
What do ya'll think. I'm open to other suggestions....

P.S. Remember, they do have call-ahead. And, most months they have a buy-one-burger, get-one-free coupon in the Mint magazine(if you receive this magazine in the mail, or if you can get your hands on one).

P.S.(again) Joy, if Zen were to not eat breakfast Saturday morning, then have half a grape fruit for lunch and then have one can of Slim Fast for an afternoon snack, could he then possibly have a Cheese Burger Saturday night?
  :D

This sounds like a good idea. I think Dee has to work but I think I can get the evening off. Count on me!

Sounds like a winner...Zen maybe you could have the hamburger minus the cheese and mayo.  Lamar and I have figured out ways of justifying (cheating) on our diets  :D
See you Saturday night!!!

Count me in.  I love the taste of seared, ground-up cow muscle. :p

P.S.  Eric or Shasta...please let Kim Salter know about this.  She asked if anything was going on this weekend and I told her possibly a cruise-in somewhere, but I didn't know when or where.
