talked to jed mescon today and he is looking for a donation of a vw beetle. just a rolling shell. it would be fixed up for the childrens play ground inside the hospital. if you have one let me know, if you have something that you would like to sell for cheap im willing to start a go fund me page and raise some money. I've found the donor vehicle and its a donation, but yes total release of liability is a must.  I'll update as progress occurs but it sounds super cool
