It appears several cities, including Chattanooga, with photo-enforced traffic lights have been caught shortening the duration of the amber lights at traffic lights to try and catch even more people running red-lights to produce profits.

Kind like improprer tail light violations for lights that are too dim?? Cha chingv$100! And for the record the officer told the court they were out. Nice. :lol: The city is very greedy indeed. Trust me I know,they'll do anything to make a buck.

i dont think thats right . maybe all the donut shops have been shut down & the cops THINK they need something to do besides sitting around eating donuts & drinking thier kawphy :lol:

You are wrong there. The police are very busy and there is not enough of them on the road. The police that are not on suspension or in jail are way to busy trying to keep the stabbings and shootings and other gang related festive events commited by "The Little Darling's" in our schools to the levels that are considered NORMAL.
I think they need to put all these "Little Punks" in Finley Stadium" and let them "have at it". It would make a great TV reality show. :roll:

I saw this on the 6 o' clock news. A guy got caught on the the one on MLK and challenged it saying that the light had been reduced in time. The judge had it checked and it was. So his case was dismissed and the judge had all the other cases at that light reviewed and those people checks for the $50 sent to them that they had paid.......as for the finley stadium reality show i would buy a ticket if it was safe for me or go for pay per view......
