Thats what I meant to say... its 75 and newer are required, 74 and before are exempt. My '75 Landcruiser has to be tested and fails every now and then.

You could move south...but it'll cost you in income tax!!! You should move more north and or east and west to avoid both!

Let me know when would be a good time. I'll just let you do your thing and try to stay out of the way.
Could you not put a antique tag on the Land Cruiser ?  It was 30 years old in 2005. I believe a car has to be 25 to get a antique tag.

I could, and with as rarely as I drive it, I should. But I haven't. We shall see...

here it is, broken down after failing at the Eastgate emissions testing center!
