Not real.
It is a 3d mock up using software. Looks good though.
Look at the spacing of the bamboo on the door track it isn't right and the last photo the seats and cabinet are not really attached to the floor.

The seats and cabinets are supposed to be attached to the floor?  Hummmm . . . I think I just figured out why my bed in Homer tips over every time I get in it!   ;D

The seats and cabinets are supposed to be attached to the floor?  Hummmm . . . I think I just figured out why my bed in Homer tips over every time I get in it!   ;D

That's what the buddy seat is for! Take the cushion off and slide it back to where it fits under the front edge of the fold-out bed; when it starts to tip your buddy (seat) catches it and no tippy!
