The all new Chattanooga-built 2012 Passat took the stage at the Detroit Auto Show on January 10, 2011 as it was unveiled in person for the first time.
The car is expected to be priced around $20,000 when it goes on sale in the fall of 2011.
Three engine options will be available:
- 170hp 2.5L
- 140hp 2.0L TDI
- 280hp 3.6L VR6
