Dang! I must really be getting old . . . when I reminisce about the stuff I used to wear, I think 'bout my Easy Rider inspired red, white and blue striped bell bottoms, a tie-dyed t-shirt and a Naugahyde vest. It just didn't get any cooler than that! Elvis, the Beatles and CCR were always playing on the radio.   :hippy2:

Then I got a little older and and when I wanted to "dress up" a little I put on my polyester leisure suit . . . the dark blue one with the bright white stitching and 20 pockets on the jacket . . . slip on my platform shoes and head to the Night Deposit out on Brainard Road and dance to the BG's, KC and Sunshine Band, and some other folks I'd rather forget I used to listen to  \:D/ . . .  Man, I felt 10 feet tall . . . mainly because 4 feet of it was the shoes . . .

I remember the Night Deposit.  I wasn't allowed to go there.  Very strict parents and a sheltered life. :?

Of course I do "Grasshopper"  Your bus must be worth about $20,000 . The more you fix the cheaper it will be worth. (I'm trying to figure out the logic behind that statement )
I love the Speedster and have seen a few over the years. I wonder if that kit is still available ?  I would almost be tempted--------------

I'm not a member so I can't read that forum... but now I'm not as confused as to why you wanted a pink beetle ;-)

He really wants a real pink beetle... the kiddie ride is just a disguise for who he really is..... a big, cuddly teddy bear...

I've said too much.
