Our web site is being move to a new server so, the domain name has to be redirected. I don't know the exact details, but we should have something back up soon . . . again, I don't know the details, but I understand that this process typically takes from 2 to over 48 hours. Just keep checking back it could come up at any time.

Incidentally, when the site comes up on the new server, VolksFolks.com, VolksFolks.org, or VolksFolks.net will take you to the site.

For all those watching (and waiting) I'm trying to get our website back up. Yes the site is being moved to a different server and yes, the domains will all remain once the move is finished (you can still use www.volksfolks.org) but I'm running into stumbling blocks. Thanks for your patience and I'm sorry for the inconvienience.

Travis, thanks for taking this on!

I would like to offer any help if you need it. I recently moved all of my sites to a different host and have helped others as well (it's part of what I do! ). If you need reliable temporary or permanent hosting, I can help with that too.

As far as site content I think I still have the content for all of the newsletters that I did so I can pull all that together for an archive if you like.

For anyone that has yet to check, www.volksfolks.org is back up and operating. Now comes the real fun. I think we all should have a say and hand in what it ends up looking like

What you see up there now is only temporary. I have lots of plans to improve on our site and welcome anyone's input/contributions. To those who have already offered up work of your own, thanks! Jami, please send on your newsletter archives, I'd like to put them up. We will have a picture gallery, including our shows, events and members and lots more in the coming weeks.
