I keep having this issue with my photo album in the Gallery.  I keep deleting duplicate photos that appear as "stand alone" next to my sub-albums.  The next time I go to my album, there is another picture there.  Today, I went to my album, and a sub-album has been emptied of it's pictures entirely.  I checked my permissions settings, and no one is supposed to have access to make changes in my album.  Any idea of what is going on?  I'm curious as to what has happened to my photos in my "misc. photos" album.

So where are the photos in the sub-album that used to be named "Miscellaneous photos"?  That sub-album is now empty.  They're all gone...missing...awol...? :?:

What is there now is just an empty album with "no highlight" on it and "untitled" as the album title.

Each album has to have a single photo as the first item in the list, otherwise it screws up the RSS feed for the front page. So usually whenever I see an album full of just sub-albums I add a random photo as the first item.

Now that I know that, I will stop deleting the single photos.

Yes.  Those are the ones.  Where were they?  They were not showing up in my album where they had been.

I just moved them back.

And the album that had no highlight and was titled "untitled" is now in your photo album.  Do with it what you will.  When I clicked on it, it just went back to the main gallery page.  Weird.

The gallery is still pretty broken, unfortunately.

I haven't had the time to put it through it's paces, but I do like the random pictures pulling up on the home page.   :wink:
