I'm glad you like it, Travis. That's Oscar if you can't tell. You can use it now, copy and paste this into the URL box for using a custom avatar: http://www.chattanoogadesigns.com/russ/avatars/oscarpass.gif

I just realized that Premier will let you export a movie clip as an animated gif.  I coverted them to gifs and cut them down to the bus making one loop, but there are several blank frames.  I downloaded a shareware gif animator and got them cleaned up and looking good, but since it's an unregistered copy, it writes unregistered over the top of any gifs you save.  If I send them to you as a gif, can you clean them up from there?

Here's my attempts at the soundwagon avatar, I think the second one came out better. I couldn't get the jerkiness out of the first one.

Travis, yours looks a little stretched out. Try changing the dimensions to 64x48 in the avatars control panel.

Thanks Russ!  But now I'm torn . . . I like my running bug engine, but the soundwagens are pretty cool too!  Does anyone else want to use one of these soundwagen avatars?

Go to the Control Panel, and under the Personal Info tab click Avatar options. Type the path to the avatar at the bottom (it's http://www.chattanoogadesigns.com/russ/avatars/dunebuggy.gif).

Since no one else claimed it, I went ahead and changed mine to the second Soundwagon.  The running Beetle engine Russ made for me is avalible if someone wants it.

Try again Alan, it looks like the avatar image is broken. Looks like you're linking to "http://chattanoogadesigns.con" when it should be "http://chattanoogadesigns.com"

Well there's been no requests in about a week so I'm hoping everyone got all the avatars they needed. Which is good, because I am not able to make any right now. I have gone through 3 hard drives and installed Windows 2000 on this one twice now. The Blue Screen of Death is a regular visitor these days and I guess he will be until I can figure out how I can get a new computer. I've been patching the same one up now since 1998 so I guess it's time to move on anyways.
